Bedding is provided for all beds.

Towels are available at £3 per guest if required.

The cottage benefits from full gas central heating. Charges for the heating and electricity are £40 per week from October to April and £30 per week at all other times.

There is ample space for cars and boats.

A cot and highchair are available.

Well behaved pets are allowed downstairs.

Accommodation

The cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard. The entrance is via a slate tiled porch into the spacious lounge/dining room. There are lawned gardens surrounding the property and paved areas to follow the sun. There is a large patio at the rear overlooking Angle Bay complete with garden furniture and BBQ.

The lounge/dining room features an inglenook fireplace at one end in which you can light a log fire to take the chill out of those colder evenings. At the opposite end is another fireplace with an electric flame fire. There are French doors leading out onto the patio. The lounge has a cottage style suite with extra quality lounge chairs and other occasional furniture. There is a colour, digital TV and DVD player. At the other end is an oval pine table with six chairs which can be extended to sit 8. There is a cloakroom leading off the lounge with WC and wash basin.

The kitchen is large and has fully fitted units with a dual Rangemaster stove, an integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave. There is also a small table and chairs for occasional dining.

Bedroom 1 is accessed from the lounge on the ground floor. It has French doors leading out onto the lawn. The room comprises of a double bed, small wardrobe, bedside table and a chair in which to sit and admire the view. It has an en-suite with a WC, shower, washbasin and vanity unit.

Open stairs from the lounge lead up to a spacious landing, three bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The main bedroom has French windows leading onto the balcony - a perfect place to sit during the day but especially in the evening watching the sun set over Thorne Island. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with bedside cabinets, chest and fitted wardrobes. It has an en-suite with WC, handbasin and shower.

Bedroom 3 is facing the front of the cottage and has a single bed with another underneath which can be pulled out if required. With a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 is a large room with wonderful views of the sea and surrounding countryside. It has a double bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes.

The family bathroom is between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has a large bath, WC and washbasin.
